13)Exit the game.
14)Use the Script Cleaner (or Skyrim Tools for SE) on the save from step 12 (to ensure the cleanest slate possible).
15)Start the game and load your cleaned saved game from step 14.

The 'RaceCompatibility for Skyrim and Dawnguard' mod should work well with my mod, but you have to follow TMPhoenix's directions ... My mod needs a clean save in between an old version and a new - he outlines a clear procedure how to do a clean save in conjunction with his mod.
'If you need to do a clean save for Better Vampires, you don't need to remove the RaceCompatibility mod, you NEED to make sure you re-install it WITHOUT the Better Vampires option. Then do your clean save, then re-install Better Vampires and then re-install RaceCompatibility mod WITH the Better Vampire option. Then you need to make sure NMM/LOOT has placed the mods in the correct load order.' - TMPhoenix
If you do not have Dawnguard or still need help, check with TMPhoenix for troubleshooting.
If you need to update my mod while using RaceCompatibility, Octoboy outlined these steps that worked perfectly for him:
Using the BV MCM -> Clear/Reset BV Mod
Using the BV MCM -> Reset Sanguinare Vampiris (curing vampirism)
Saving the game in a new slot
Exit Skyrim
Using the NMM -> Uninstall BV
Using the NMM -> Uninstall RC
Using the NMM -> Install RC WITHOUT BV
Load Skyrim Save from earlier.
Save in another, new slot (this makes your clean save)
Exit Skyrim
Using the NMM -> Uninstall RC
Using the NMM -> Install BV
Using the NMM -> Install RC with BV (overwriting the VampireQuest scripts from BV)
Using the NMM -> Arrange Load Order
Skyrim.esm
All DLC
RaceCompatibility.esm
Unofficial Patches
CustomRaces.esp
RaceCompatibilityUSKPOverride.esp
CustomRace.esp
And at the bottom, after all other plugins, finally Better Vampires
Load most recent save
Using the BV MCM -> Reset Sanguinare Vampiris (to become infected)
Wait for 3 days (72 hours)

'If you need to do a clean save for Better Vampires, you don't need to remove the RaceCompatibility mod, you NEED to make sure you re-install it WITHOUT the Better Vampires option. This is kinda shameless of me but I think my vampire mod Vampyrium is on of the best. Adds a perk tree, vampire ranks, an optional overhaul for vampirism, and more. It changes almost no base game forms and has no changes to vanilla scripts whatsoever so it stacks well with other vampire mods. Need Help with Better Vampires mod - posted in Skyrim Special Edition Mod Troubleshooting: I dont know if the issue I have is with the mod (Better Vampires 8.3) or my understanding of how it works. I have progressed to vampire lord, been a vampire for 56 days with 101 necks bitten and have added several abilities on the Vampire Lord skill tree. When I look at the mod authors detailed.
Please follow all of these steps (for versions 7.5 and greater) if you have a problem or are upgrading from a previous version of my mod:
(don't worry, you'll never lose your progress)
1) Rest/wait INSIDE for 24hr in the game - this will allow any NPCs you have fed upon, or used Seduction on, time to recuperate.
2)Use my MCM - Troubleshooting and Cleanup page (or my customization power) and click on 'BLANK Better Vampires Mod'.
3) If using my MCM, exit it to have the mod blanked.
4)Wait until told the blanking is complete, then save your game (it must be a real save, not a quick save).
5) Exit the game.
6)Uninstall and delete the old version of my mod (completely DELETE it from the SkyrimData and SkyrimDataScripts folders). I use MO to remove mods, but you can check the files section and use my 'Remove Better Vampires' batch file - it will ENSURE everything is gone.
7)Download and install my latest mod version using NMM, MO, or Bethesda.net (for PC or XBox One).
8) Start the game and load your saved game from step 4.
9)Use my MCM - Troubleshooting and Cleanup page (or my customization power) and click on 'Reset Sanguinare Vampiris'.
10) Customize my mod with the MCM, customization power, or console commands.
11) You were infected in step 9, now you must wait 3 days for your disease to run its course and you will become a stage 1 Vampire (fully fed).

Better Vampires is an overhaul mod for Skyrim. Hi, i'm trying to rebuild my mod list after i lost it when my xbox one X died, i'm using the save's esp listing to rebuild the list. However i can't find the Better vampires and sacrosanct patch on either in the game search engine, (which is terrible) or the site itself.
* You must feed once on a living victim to have your proper rank set the first time.
OPTIONAL STEPS
12)Make a new save after you turn into a vampire the first time (it must be a real save, not a quick save).

Load Order
Load order is important. My mod has to be in the correct load order. I highly recommend you use LOOT to sort your load order; it is quite easy to use. The load order in general should look like this:
Skyrim.esm
Official DLCs
...
RaceCompatibility.esm (if you use it)
...
Unofficial Patches (if you use them)
RaceCompatibilityUSKPOverride.esp (only if you use the USKP)
SkyRE (or similar overhauls)
...
Custom Races
Texture Replacers (vampire eyes, skin colour, etc.)
...
Better Vampires.esp
Royal Bloodline.esp (only vampire mod that should be loaded after mine)
...
Also, please remember that the installation order is just as important as the load order! If you use NMM to install my mod it will overwrite the scripts of other mods that use the same files - HOWEVER, if you install my mod first, then remove some other mod that used the same scripts, NMM will replace the other mod's scripts with the vanilla Skyrim backups it had.
Remove other mods first, install my mod last.It does not have to load last in your order, it just has to load after any mods that may also alter vampires. The only exception to this is Royal Bloodline - it can be installed and loaded after my mod.Skyrim.esm

Dawnguard truly did justice for vampires in the TES series.
But if there’s one thing we can all agree on, I hope it’s that players can never have enough when it comes to additions. Especially TES fans.
If you’re still playing Skyrim to this day, that means you’re one of those hardcore fans that will probably get the TES VI pre-order as soon as you can.
It’s likely you’re still trying different Skyrim playthroughs to this day, and one that every player seems to love is the true vampire playthrough.
The main problem is that vampires do need some tweaks – even if you have Dawnguard installed.
So I’ve compiled a list of mods that will enhance your vampire experience in Skyrim and take it to the next level. Enjoy them all and see what your vampire Dragonborn is capable of!
10. Vampire No Sun Damage
What’s what, you say immersive mods are your thing? Then check this one out for sure.
It basically lets you take less damage under the sun when you’re wearing hoods or helmets, as well as any protective gear that might keep your skin from directly interacting with sunlight.
It’s not OP either, as not all damage is removed.
However you do take less damage to all your attributes when using extra gear!
9. Belua Sanguinare Revisited
BSR is the first total overhaul for vampires on my list. And it’s one that you’ll want to try out even if you have Danwguard installed.
This mod has been highly touted as the best vampire mod in Skyrim, and it remains such for many users around the world.
It tweaks basically everything from the base game, including the fear and feed systems.
The mod also gives you access to customization tools of your own, so you can dictate how your character looks and acts while in a vampiric state.
Scare people and enjoy an immersive progression system that puts Skyrim’s own vampirism features to shame.
8. Bat Travel Vampire
Now this mod allows you to transform into a swarm of bats to travel quicker, much as vampires did in traditional films and cartoons.
And trust me, it’s fun.
It looks a bit cartoonish and not as serious as other mods, but it’s still quite a cool addition to have in the game. Definitely worth at least trying(you can always uninstall, right?)
7. Lustmord Vampire Armor
One thing that I couldn’t miss on my list is a proper vampire armor to wear on female characters.
Female vampires are some of the most popular characters in Skyrim (shocking, I know).
And using the Lustmord Vampire Armor is going to take your experience to the next level.
![Vampires Vampires](/uploads/1/2/6/5/126578677/976993899.jpg)
The set itself is as detailed as I’ve never seen, with some exclusive features that make it one of the absolute best armor mods from the entire community.
And it has some additional surprises that you might want to check out – including explosive crossbow bolts!
6. Dynamic Vampire Appearance
This is a must-have mod if you’re looking for immersion as a vampire.
It changes the way the face of your vampire looks depending on which vampirical actions they’re performing.
Have you just sucked the blood out of an innocent?
Watch the blood drip out of your vampire’s mouth for a while after feeding.
Are you using the vampire night vision skill?
Better Vampires Skyrim Mod Apk
Then watch how your eyes turn yellow and glow like never before.
As if that wasn’t enough, your face will also change as you advance through the various stages of vampirism. Each stage has its own custom look, adding way more realism than you’d probably ever want to ask for. And it’s fantastic.
5. Royal Bloodline – Vampire Lord Perk Tree
The Vampire Lord in Dawnguard is easily one of the best additions ever made for the game.
Turning into a Lord is absolutely awesome, and fear-inducing for all sorts of foes. But the skill tree does leave a bit to be desired.
This mod aims to change that by creating a new skill tree for Vampire Lords that helps to enhance the difficulty of the game. Just a bit.
It also gives the game some extra tweaks to further improve vampirism.
4. Predator Vision
This aims to incorporate the vision that Predator has in the movies into Skyrim.
It does so brilliantly. Not to mention that vampires, werewolves, and Khajit will be able to use it.
Basically, your character will be able to see clearly at night when you activate this skill, which will enable you to hunt like a proper night-dweller.
This skill is a great complementary to for the classic vampire vision that Skyrim comes with.
3. Better Vampires Fangs
This is also one that you’ll want to install if you’re after deep immersion.
I suggest you give it a go alongside the Dynamic Vampire Appearance mod, as they both create a much better image of vampires than what Skyrim and Dawnguard have managed to do.
This one makes vampire fangs look far more natural by reducing their length and adding them to female vampires as well.
The eyes and shape of their faces will also look much better with this mod installed – give it a go!
2. Sacrosanct – Vampires of Skyrim
If you thought that the other vampirism overhaul on my list was good, you’ll want to check this one out.
Better Vampires Skyrim Mod Download
Sacrosanct completely transforms vampirism into something much better by adding new perks, abilities, a new skill tree, and much more.
It’s hard to list everything so this is one of those mods you’ll want to install and play with for a bit to really see what it can do.
1. Better Vampires 8.4
Better Vampires takes the first spot on my list because it allows you to tweak vampirism to your liking. And it offers a lot of tweaking.
One of the reasons why many players don’t turn into vampires is because it makes you feel like you’re not in control most of the time. But this mod changes all of that.
You can choose how easy you want it to feel when you’re a vampire, or how difficult you want it to be. It’s all up to you.
Better Vampires Mod Skyrim Xbox One Console
Make it a challenging experience, keep it for a little while, or lower the vampirism difficulty and just slay everything. This is basically choose your own adventure, vampire Skyrim edition.
